A module for Sitemap generation in XML format.
The resulting Sitemap includes:
- product pages with the priority of 1,
- category pages with the priority of 0.8,
- static pages with the priority of 0.6,
- help pages with the priority of 0.5.
The module can be used in two ways:
- Register the sitemap.php script in search engines as a sitemap.
- Use the command php -f sitemap.php > sitemap.xml to generate the sitemap and register the static version in search engines. By the way, cron can also be used for regular static map generation.
Module installation:
- Simply copy all files from the distribution into the root folder of X-Cart.
